Information clause
1. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ( general regulation on data protection) (EU Official Journal L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as the GDPR.
2. The administrator of your personal data is Średzka Spółdzielnia Mleczarska “JANA” with its registered office at Daszyńskiego 9, 63-000 Środa Wielkopolska, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.

4. The administrator processes personal data in the following scope:
5. performance of the contract – the legal basis for such data processing is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR,
6. contact by phone and via e-mail in matters related to the performance of the contract – the legal basis for such data processing is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data on the basis of a voluntarily granted consent;
7. issuing invoices and meeting other obligations resulting from tax law, such as storing accounting records for 5 years – the legal basis for such data processing is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data, if such processing is necessary for the Administrator to fulfill its obligations under the law;
8. establishing, investigating or defending against claims – the legal basis for such data processing is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data, if in this way the Administrator implements his legitimate interest (in this case, the interest is to have personal data that will allow to establish, pursue or defend against claims),
9. archival and evidential – for the purposes of securing information that may be used to demonstrate facts of legal significance. The legal basis for such data processing is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data, if in this way the Administrator implements his legitimate interest (in this case, the interest is to have personal data that will allow proving certain facts related to the performance of the contract, e.g. when a state authority requests it).
10. Persons whose personal data are processed by the Administrator have the right to:
11. access to your personal data and receive a copy of the personal data being processed;
12. rectify your incorrect data;
13. request deletion of data (the right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances provided for in art. 17 GDPR;
14. requests to limit data processing in the cases specified in art. 18 GDPR;
15. object to the processing of data in the cases indicated
in art. 21 GDPR;
16. transferring the provided data, processed in an automated manner.
17. lodging a complaint to the supervisory body (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw).
18. The recipients of personal data will also include service providers providing the Administrator with technical solutions and organization management (in particular ICT service providers, courier and postal companies), entities providing legal and advisory services and assisting the Administrator in pursuing due claims (in particular law offices).
19. The data will be processed and stored for the entire duration of the contract and the time necessary for its settlement. The provisions of generally applicable law may extend these periods. After the above-mentioned periods have elapsed, personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
20. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner;
21. Personal data belonging to you are not subject to profiling and will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
